WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days of receipt. This does not include weekends and holidays. However, please understand that there may be slight delays, depending on the volume of orders received at a given time. We appreciate your understanding.
You can change the shipping address ONLY if the order has not been shipped. Please double-check your shipping address and make sure it is correct when you are placing the order.
While we try our best to ship out your orders in the speediest manner, unfortunately, it is difficult to guarantee specific delivery times or be held responsible for delays in transit.
If there is a substantial delay in the delivery of your order, we suggest contacting your local post office with your tracking number to expedite the shipping process. Unfortunately, once an order is out of our hands, we have no more information than you regarding the whereabouts of your package. Please contact the mail carrier for any delivery concerns you may have.

If your package was stolen, please file a mail theft claim with USPS, as well as a complaint with your local police station.
